Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 yrs.
3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 1.20 ( One point Two Zero) Crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
4.The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 1.80 ( One point Eight Zero) Crore.
5.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.40 (One point Four Zero) Crore.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1.40 ( One point Four Zero) Crore.
7.The tender must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license
(iv) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License
(v) Attested copies of documents mentioned in Sl. No. (i), (ii), (iii),(iv) are to be submitted.
vi) Documents must be subemitted mentioned in section-7.
