Tender Security: 15000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Tenderers having 5 years overall business experience and minimum specific experience as Supplier as Prime Contractor in supply of Delivery of Goods of at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of five years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least One contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of 5 years with a value of at least of BDT 4,20,000.00 in Bangladesh i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. Evidence of Work Order Work Completion Certificate mentioning amount item, list, date etc. are required.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 4,50,000.00. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
d) Quoted price shall include all expenses such as product price, import cost, all local taxes, insurance, transportation, applicable VAT as service, AIT and other related expenses to deliver and install the product at sites.
10. Terms of Payment
Payment for Goods and Services supplied from within the Bangladesh shall be made in BDT, as follows:
Advance Payment: N/A
Payment for Data and Internet connectivity installation services:
(b) On Delivery, Installation and Operational Acceptance: 100% of the installation services related price shall be paid after submission of documents specified in GCC Clause 5, supported by the Acceptance Certificate issued by the Procuring Entity pursuant to GCC Clause 7
Payment for Data and Internet Services:
(c) On Acceptance: 100% percent of the quarterly price of the delivered of data and internet services shall be paid quarterly after submission of documents supported by the recommendation certificate issued by the purchaser.
