* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.

* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1380000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 460000 ~ 1380000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1.Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum [05(Five)] years of general experience in Construction works.
2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least [01(one)] number of similar nature of Building construction works worth not less than Tk 3.00 (Three ) Lakh
Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last [05 (Five)] years.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 18 (Elevan )Lakh over the last [05 (Five)]years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.5 (Three point five) Lakh to be submitted in from PW2a-3 otherwise tender shall be Non-responsive.
5.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate. 6.All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
