Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Five (5) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
2. Who have experience of Same nature of work TK. Five (05.00) Lakh in a single work order which is successfully completed during the last Five (5) years. [Year will be counted backwardly from the date of publication of Tender notice].
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. Eight (08.00) Lakh . Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PG2-5 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.
4. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
5.Up-to-date valid Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate.
6. If Tenderer Quoted Rate Excessive Less/Higher than Estimated Cost then Tenderer will be Non Responsive according to PPR 2008 art 98(23).
7.The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
8. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the TDS.
