Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall meet the flowing eligibility criteria as a minimum to participate in the tender completion.
1. The tenderer shall be any Bangladeshi company.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the works shall be 10 years.
3. The minimum specific experience in works of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ technology successfully completed in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Govt. Autonomous body within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 15 (Fifteen) lakh Taka.
4. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 15 (Fifteen) lakh Taka over the last 3 years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20 (Twenty) lakh Taka.
