Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.85.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization within last 05 (five) Years
The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 120.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years (Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable)
Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 30.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PW2(a) mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate/Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.
Income tax clearance certificate ( Up to Date) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (Up to Date).
Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
If his/her previous work does not satisfactory the tenderermay be considered as non-responsive.
In the interest of exprditious work, if there is a tie between responsive contractors, no more than two works shall be awarded to one contractor.
Note: P.M office letter Memo No.-03.073.046.21.00.001.2018.259 Dated: 03.10.2019, Chief Engineer Letter Memo No:37.07.0000.008.14.072.23.16 Dated: 05.02.2023 etc more memo no. are attached in TDS. According to the above memo, if his/her previous work is not satisfactory then the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
