Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a.The minimum number of years of General Experience in the supply of goods as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
b) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully completed in a single Work Order within the last 03 (Three) Years amounting of Tk. 18.00 Lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh (along with NOA & Completion certificate should be enclosed).
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. credit facilities (in Form e-PG2 – 5) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 18.00 Lakh only.
d) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated: 30/08/2018 & Memo No: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date: 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
e) The quoted rate must be similar/relevant to the Present Market price. If the Quoted Rate is Less than the Present Market price, the tenderer must submit a detailed Analysis of his Quoted Rates. Otherwise, the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
