07. Certificate of the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or creditfacilities of the Tendered shall be Tk.9.00 [nine lac]
08. According to the clause 31 (3) of PPA-2006 the tendered quoted price of 10 percent above of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive bidder.
