Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer Shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years’ experience in the supply of Security Devices or Security Solution.
2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed/ received NOA minimum under mentioned numbers of supply contract of Hardware Security Module (HSM) and related services in Banking Sector within last 3 years: Minimum 01 (One) Number.
3. Bidder must have a minimum of 1 (One) HSM Professional Engineers (Bidder has to provide the Certificate)
4. The minimum supply of HSM Goods/Services is/are: Minimum 01 (One) HSM.
5. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods/Services of: 01 Number and Completion Certificate must be submitted.
6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is: Minimum 3,00,00,000.00 (Three crore) Only
7. The maximum 02 (Two) number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of 02 (Two) years.
