প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Ten (10) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or in EGP systems.
(b-i).The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works at least One (1) No. Minimum seven (7) storied Fair-faced Concrete Building including ceramic brick cladding/facing brick works, internal road & electro-mechanical works etc under public sector organization during the last five (5) years (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or in EGP system) each with a value of at least Tk. 45.00 ( Forty-five) crore.
(b-ii) The bidder should have experience of construction of Steel trellis works/construction of steel structure works.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 45 ( Forty-five) crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or in EGP system]
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8.00 ( Eight) crore.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 50 ( Fifty) crore

(f) The bidder should have ABC Licences from concern Authority.
