Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date Trade Licence & IT Certificate, Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning requisite Liquid Assets & VAT Registration Certificate
2. Detailed Specifications to be mentioned in the Technical Schedule.
3. The Bidders have to mention Bearing’s Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin in the Technical Offer. Preferable Bearing Brand for Carrying Roller must be SKF and Country of Origin should be USA/Japan/EU. In case of Return Roller it should be SKF or Equiv. and Country of Origin should be Italy or Equiv.
4. At least 03(Three) End User Certificates to be submitted along with the offer.
5. Bidders have to submit 01(One) piece of Sample for both the Rollers within 03(Three) working days from the Tender Opening Date.
6. Bidder have to submit Rubber Hardness Test from BUET/CUET/BCSIR etc. along with the offer.
7. Bidder’s Manufacturing Factory will be visited by User Department before placing the Purchase Order.
8. The work of Bearing Fitting on Rollers has to be done in CUFL’s FPM Workshop.
9. a) The Supplier have to submit 01(One) Year’s Warranty Certificate. If any defect is found in the Rollers during the Period, the supplier will repair/replace the goods at their own cost. b) After successful completion of order, 10% Retention Money will be kept from the supplier’s Bill for Warranty Period which will be returned without any interest and the rest 90% of the Bill will be paid after receiving MRR from MPIC Section.
10. After Supply, the material’s Rubber Hardness Test will be done from BUET/CUET/BCSIR etc. All expenses in this connection will be borne by the Bidder.
11. Delivery Period : 30(Thrity) Days from the issuance of PO
12. Full quantities to be supplied included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.
13. Partial delivery is not allowed.
