Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. Up to date Trade Licence
02. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
03. VAT Registration Certificate
04. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Assets.
05. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements’ in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.
06. The Bidders have to mention the Item’s Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin in the Technical Offer
07. Manufacturer’s Authorization/Distributor’s Authorization Certificate to be supplied along with the offer.
08. In case of Distributor, necessary documents of the distributor to be supplied with a valid/authentic email address of the Manufacturer for checking.
09. Manufacturer’s Catalogue, Data Sheet etc. in English language must be submitted along with the offer.
10. Manual for Operation and Maintenance in English Language must be submitted during the Supply of the items.
11. Spectrophotometer to be installed and commissioned by the Supplier’s Engineer/Expert at their own cost at the CUFL site.
12. The Supplier must submit at leat 01(One) year’s Warranty Certificate for the item.
13. All standard Accessories must be supplied along with the main Equipment.
14. Made in : Japan/England/Germany/USA/Switzerland/Netherlands
15. Delivery Period : 45(Forty Five) Days from the issuance of Purchase Order.
16. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.
17. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
