Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the repair & maintenance works shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in repair & maintenance works of at least 01 (one) contract of civil work or similar nature work successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with value of at least Tk.2,00,000.00 (Two Lakh) only.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh) over the last 03 (Three) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh).
5. Valid Up-To-Date Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate shall be required.
