Brief Description of Package: a) Title of the Tender: Procurement of educational/research equipment for setting up facilities in innovation hub in Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), Rajshahi.
b) Delivery Destination: The successful tenderer must supply the equipment directly to innovation hub in Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), Rajshahi. After quality certification and received by the RUET authority 100% bill will be paid by the project authority to the tenderer.
c) Warranty: The warranty of the equipment must be for at least 1 (one) year from the date of acceptance of the goods/equipment by the nominated authority of RUET, Rajshahi.
d) Related Services: After sale services must be for at least 1 (one) year effective from the date of acceptance of the goods/equipment.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000;
Tender Security: 325000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 32500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10833333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. General experience: Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in supplying equipment or equipment related goods.
b. Specific Experience: Minimum 2 (two) completion certificate of supply of educational/research/ICT equipment of minimum value Tk. 1.10 (one crore ten lac) crore each (Completion certificate is required with the indicated amount. No NOA/Contract will be accepted and no need to submit).
c. Average Annual Turnover: Minimum Tk. 2.00 (two) crore for last 3 (three) years within last 5 (five) years (Audit report required to be submitted).
d. Liquid Assets: Minimum Tk. 1.10 (one crore ten lac) crore in the form of "Line of Credit" from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the prescribed form of the tender document without altering the form.
