* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 425000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. General Construction Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction/repair and renovation/refurbishment/retrofitting of high-rise buildings as prime contractor/JVCA partner/sub-contractor/management contractor;
2. Specific Construction Experience: At least two contracts of Repair and Renovation/Refurbishment/Retrofitting of high-rise building (not less than B1+G+8) of BDT 14.00 (fourteen) crore each during last three (3) years with last five (5) years;
3. Specific Experience in Managing Environmental and Social Aspects:
a. Contractor/JVCA shall have experience in preparing and implementing of Contractors Environmental and Social Management Plan (CESMP);
b. The contractor should have experience in ESMP implementation of any World Bank funded project;
c. The contractor shall have experience in Personnel Safety Measures of construction workers, staff and nonboring communities in High Rise Building construction including construction waste management and disposal.
4. Financial Capabilities:
a. The Tenderer shall demonstrate that it has access to liquid asset in the form of “Line of Credit” of BDT 14.00 (fourteen) crore from a scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the prescribed form attached with the Tender Document;
b. The Tenderer should submit audited balance sheet for last three (3) years within last five (5) years.
5. Average Annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT. 8.5 (eight point five) crore, calculated as total certified payment received for contracts completed within last three (3) years.
