Brief Description of Package: Supply and installation of Walkie Talkie Tower and Antenna at Dhaka EPZ.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 12000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on similar works/goods in a single work order amounting not less than Tk. 3.00 Lakh during the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completion certificates have to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 4.00 Lakh.
d) Manufecturer's / Sole Distributor's authorization letter for antenna, battery and charger of walkie talkie along with product catalogue have to be submitted.
e) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
f) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate etc. have to be submitted.
g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)/Price & delivery schedule for goods of tender documents must be fulfilled.
h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
