Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 years.
b) The Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of air cooler or similar nature of goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5( five) years, with a value of at least BDT 10.00 Lakh in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 12.00 Lakh.
d) Manufacturer's/Sole distributor's authorization letter should be submitted by the tenderer.
e) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
f) Up-to-date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate, Income Tax clearance certificate etc. to be submitted.
g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)/Price & delivery schedule for goods of tender documents must be fulfilled.
h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2008 and its amendment.
