Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 16666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 4 (Four) years of experience in the supply of water treatment related chemicals.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of water treatment chemicals in any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants/Private amounting not less than BDT 1,80,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Eighty Lakh Only) in the last 36 (Thirty Six) Months under maximum 03 (Three) contracts. [N.B. (i) Satisfactory completion of supply of chemicals amounting less than BDT 60,00,000.00 (Taka Sixty Lakh Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation (ii) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.]
3. The minimum supply capacity of chemicals is: 20 Ton.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), from any scheduled bank, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 1,75,00,000.00 (Taka Crore Seventy Five Lakh Only).
