Eligibility criteria:
1. This invitation of proposal is open to all companies registered in Bangladesh whose business covers supply, installation and commissioning of IT goods and IT enabled services in Bangladesh within the last 05 (Five) Years.
2. The bidder should have at least one (1) successfully completed project involving ICT capacity development and system training across Bangladesh in the last 5 years.
3. The tenderer must have well equipped Office, after sales service center(s) in Bangladesh manned by adequately qualified personnel with at least 4 (Four) suitably qualified Desktop/UPS/Windows/Linux expert and minimum 2 (Two) Certified A+ engineer equivalent or higher . The signed CV and proper Document/Certificate should be submitted.
4. The tenderer should have valid TIN (Tax Identification Number), Copy of Income Tax payment certificate (upto FY: 2020-2021), Valid VAT Registration No. and Valid Trade License (FY: 2021-2022).
5.Manufacturer authorization letter must be submitted
6.The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of Generel experience on IT Equipment’s platform implementation, maintenace and IT related services. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
7. Specific experience of the prime bidder/Tenderer of satisfactory completion of supply and implementation of similar goods of minimum Tk. 05 (Five) crore under single contract in Bangladesh in the last 05 (five) years.i.e. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
