Brief Description of Package: Supply of Lunch and Iftar(in the month of Ramadan) for the Officers and Staff of Petrobangla for a period of 12 months

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9166666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods at least 02(Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years from which at least 01(One) has to be supply of food items, each with a value of at least BDT 7000000 (Seventy Lac).
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e; working capital or credit lines of the tenderer shall be BDT 8000000 (Eighty Lac).
d) The tenderer must submit with it's e-tender the following documents :
01) Updated Trade License.
02) Updated Income Tax Certificates.
03) VAT Registration Certificates.
04) Bank Solvency certificate (As per qualification criteria).
05) Required Experience Certificate/ Work Completion Certificate proving authenticity of general and specific work experience. NOA/Work order/Purchase order/payment certificate shall not be granted as Experience Certificate/ Work Completion certificate.
