Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 35000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of Generel experience on IT Equipment’s platform implementation, maintenace and IT related services. In case of the JV qualification criteria must be fulfilled by any one or jointly. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
2. The tenderer must fulfill following Qualification criteria:
a) Submit the audited balance sheets for the last 03 (three) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position.
b) Minimum average annual turnover of BDT 5 Crore within the last three (3) years.
c) The bidder should have at least one (1) successfully completed project involving ICT capacity development and system training across Bangladesh in the last 5 years.
3.The tenderer must have well equipped Office, after sales service center(s) in Bangladesh manned by adequately qualified personnel with at least 4 (Four) suitably qualified Image Scanner, Laser Printer, MICR Scanner expert and minimum 2 (Two) Certified A+ engineer equivalent or higher . The signed CV and proper Document/Certificate should be submitted.
4. The tenderer should have valid TIN (Tax Identification Number), Copy of Income Tax payment certificate (upto FY: 2020-2021), Valid VAT Registration No. and Valid Trade License (FY: 2021-2022).
5. Specific experience of the prime bidder/Tenderer of satisfactory completion of supply and implementation of similar goods of minimum Tk. 01 (One) crore under single contract in Bangladesh in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
