3. Bidder must be supplied similar goods in public/Autonomous/semi-Autonomous organizations or Institutes of minimum 40,00000/- (Forty Lac) under maximum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 2 (two) years. (Years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
4. Update Bank solvency (After Tender published Date)
5. Bidder must have availability of minimum liquid assets i.e- Working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled bank or other contractual commitments of Tk 45,00000/- (Forty Five Lac).
6. Bidder must have a Country of Origin Certificate.
7. Bidder must-have Orginal product catalogue/Brochure.
Bidder must not be blacklisted in any government/non-government/Autonomous organization or Institute.
8. Offered products must be available on the company's website.
9. Bidder must have manufacturers authorization certificate/Authorization Certificate from Authorized Agency.
