b) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 3.00 (Three) crore in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous/Private organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.
