Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers shall submit the following documents with its Tender for Responsive Criteria:
(a) Valid Trade License
(b) BIN certificate
(c) latest valid Income tax clearance certificate
(d) The specefic experience as a supplier of similar nature of Goods at least 02 number contracts from Govt./Semi-Govt./Statutory Public Authority must be submitted. One contract must be amount of BDT 1,00,000/- (One lac) Only during last 03(Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
(f) Over all experience as a supplier of goods at least 5 years.
(g) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1,00,000/- (One lac) Only for the works. Documentary evidence for the above liquid assets/credit facilities shall be submitted with the tender in e-GP system. Conditional certificate shall not be accepted.The liquid assets or credit line(s) certificate should be issued not earlier than 28 (Twenty Eight) days prior to the day of the deadline for submission of tender.
(N:B- Product must be Original Brand. Supplied products will be compared with the original products of manufacturing company prior received.)
