Eligibility criteria:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer/ System integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 01 [One] contract in the last 03 (Three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last years, 03 (Three) with a value of at least Tk. BDT 30,00000/- (Thirty Lac) only
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 40,00,000/- (Forty Lac) Only shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. Tenderer should have an average revenue of BDT 1,00,00,000/- ( BDTTen Million) for last three years supported by audit reports

6. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents.
a) Updated trade license & TIN certificate
b) Vat registration certificate.
c) Updated ISO 9001: 2015.
d) BASIS membership certificate
