Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in supply Goods and related services.
2) The satisfactory completion of the supply of similar goods or spare parts to any Power utility/ industries or any Government-owned organization of a minimum of 65 (sixty-five) lakh under a maximum of 04 (four) contracts within the last 03 (three) years, which shall be supported by the End-User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply. [Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any recognized financial institute is BDT 70 (seventy) lakh only.
[a) Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted.
b) In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID]
4) The Tenderer shall comply with all the other requirements as mentioned in Section-1: Instructions to the Tenderers (ITT) of the e-Tender Document (e-TD).
