Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 900000 ~ 2700000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. As described in tender document (TDS).
2.The Tenderer shall have a Satisfactory completion of similar work i.e supply of Computer of at least Tk. 6.50 Lakh in a single work order in Government / Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in the last 5 (Five) Years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd]
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines[must be unconditional and given by the proper format.] of the Tenderer shall be Tk.9.50 Lakh. Not before 30.06.2022.
4. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i. Up to date Trade License.
ii. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
iii. NID
iv. Vat Registration Certificate(13 Digit)
v. Business Address.
vi. Experience certificate for respective work.
7.The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
8. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet(TDS).
