Eligibility criteria:
1. Bidder must have updated valid trade license copy
2. Bidder must have Updated VAT registration certificate with current VAT Return
3. Bidder must have Updated income tax certificate
4. Bidder must have availability of minimum liquid assets i.e- Working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled bank or other contractual commitments of Tk BDT 3.5 Crore (Three Crore Fifty Lac)
5. A minimum of 10 (Ten) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services
6. Bidder must have a specific experience of Minimum 5 Years for Plastics Products Manufacture & Supply
7. Bidder must have a specific experience certificate (Work completion certificate) of supply of Plastic Dram/Watering Can/ Hand Sprayer or similar Plastic Made Agri Equipment from government/ semi-government /autonomous organization of minimum BDT 3.5 Crore (Three Crore Fifty Lac) under maximum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 05 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
8. Bidder must have Food Grade Material Certificate.
9. Bidder must be Quality certified by ISO 9001:2015
10. The minimum supply or production capacity of the supplier/manufacturer of Plastic Drum must be 7,000 pieces per month.
11. Bidder must have a Minimum of 10 own distribution points at 10 locations for efficient and timely distribution of the product
