Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of Filters , Spares and Related Services in Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organizations/Power Plants amounting not less than BDT 50(Fifty ) Lakh under maximum 3 (Three) contracts in the last 2 (Two) years and amounting less than BDT 10 (Ten) Lakh under a single contract shall not be considered.
(c) The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 50 (Fifty) Lakh amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.Other than credit line, if submitted, The Tender ID, Name and PE name to be mentioned.
[1. Tenderer shall submit only those supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender.
2. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID. Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender.
