Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The amount of the Tender Security shall be 2,00,000/- (Two Lac Taka)
2. A satisfactory completion of Construction of Causeway on Karnaphuli River at least Tk 1,50,00,000 (One core Fifty Lac) under 02 contract over a period of 5 years must be required.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the  Tenderer shall be Tk 65,00,000/- (Sixty Five Lac taka) and the document of liquid assets will be submitted as per ITT Clause 23.1(f).
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lack taka) over the last 05 years.
5. All others documents must be submitted which are mentioned in TDS ITT Clause 14. (j)
