Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 5,00,000/- (Taka Five Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Taka Four Lac (Tk. 4,00,000/-) under maximum one (1) contract in the last three (3) years in Public Sector. Completion/Acceptance certificate will be considered as experience certificate. Notification Of Award(NOA), Purchase order (PO), Signed contract paper will not be considered as experience certificate.
The Tenderer shall have valid Trade license, financially solvent,updated License to Use BSTI Standard Mark, issued by BSTI, updated Fire License issued by Fire Service and Civil Defense, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd. and PPR-2008.
If any false/forged information is provided by the Organization/Firm/Company in the above Database or if such false/forged information is identified during Tender Evaluation or at any stage/time, then any legal action can be taken against the Organization/Firm/Company according to PPR 2008.
