* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 316666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 950000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 316666 ~ 950000.
Eligibility criteria:
• The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be three (03) years.
• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last three (03) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,000/- (Taka Two Lac only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Public Limited companies or similar in Bangladesh.
• Completion/Acceptance certificate or Signed contract paper will be considered as an experience certificate. Notification Of Award (NOA), Purchase order (PO) will not be considered as experience certificate.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 5,00,000/- (Taka Five Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than Thirty (30) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
• The Tenderer should have valid Trade license, financially solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
