Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid ABC License of Individual(s)/firm(s) for Electrical works and fulfill the qualification(s) criteria stipulated in TDS.
2. Minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be required.
3. A satisfactory completion of similar works (Area lighting/ Street lighting/ Installation of Electrical Sub-station/ Electrical Maintenance works of Area Lighting & Electrical Substation successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years with a value at least Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lac (years counting backwords from the date of publication of IFT in CPTU website), relevant documents shall be submitted by the tenderers.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lac over the last Five (05) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 30.00 (Thirty) Lac.
7. Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
(a) A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works;
(b) Bank Solvency Certificate in favour of their financial status;
(c) Valid and up-to-date ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory Licence from Electrical Licensing Board Govt. of Bangladesh;
(d) Copy of up-to-date Trade Licence;
(e) Certified copy of TIN with up-to-date Income Tax Clearance & VAT Registration Certificate and BIN Certificate.
f) Submit Necessary documents (Audit Report/ Bank Statement/ Work Completion Certificate for last 5 years to satisfy total turnover.
8. The tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
9. Joint Venture Consortium or Associations (JVCA) is not acceptable.
