Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must have a Valid trade license, Vat registration certificate with BIN certificate and TIN certificate with Tax update.
2. Tenderer must have a general experience in the supply of goods as a supplier at least for 3 (Three) years.
3. Tenderer must have documents in favour of supplying similar goods in public/Autonomous/semi-Autonomous organizations or Institutes of a minimum 7,00,000/- (Seven Lakh) Only) under maximum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 3 (two) years. (Years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
4. Tenderer must have updated Bank solvency (After Tender published Date)
5. Document in favour of availability of minimum liquid assets i.e- Working capital or credit line(s) from any scheduled bank or other contractual commitments of Tk 8,00,000/- (Eight Lakh) Only.
6. A pledge to this effect is not blacklisted in any government/Non-government/Autonomous organization.
