* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the Maintenance/Repair/Supply works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
3. The invitation of Tender is open for any manufacturer/authorized dealer/authorized Maintenance/Repair/Supply Work in any govt./semi. govt/ Privat/Autonomous body.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Maintenance/Repair/Supply works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), Under the Public sector with a value of at least Tk- 72,00,000.00 BDT
6. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 35,00,000.00 BDT
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Valid Trade License.
ii) Vat Registration.
iii) TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
vi) Specific Experience.
8. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents.
