Eligibility criteria:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last three years is NILL (0)
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services
3. The satisfactory completion of supply & installation of at least one (1) ORG and Soil Moisture network contract, shall be provided by the tenderer in the last five years in public sector and with a value of at least fifteen million (15) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice in the news paper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT twenty (20) million , shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
6.The tenderer must submit the following additional documents. Any deviation in the following documents will lead to disqualification:
a) Updated trade license
b) Vat registration certificate
c) Manufacturer’s authorization certificate for major items.
d) Updated ISO 9001: 2015
e) Updated ISO 14001:2015
f) Updated ISO 27001
g) Must have to integrate with existing ORG and Soil Moisture network systems
h) All relevant brochures and catalogs.
