Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be at least 03 (Three) years
b) The minimum Specific Experience as Supplier in supply of Hydrogen Gas for at least one (1) successfully completed contract(s) within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (Tk. One Crore Only).
c) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, Valid VAT Certificate,Valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee,should submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.

(1) Years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
(2) Successful tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of one (01) year from the date of Signing of Contract
