2) Tenderer must have the minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tender shall be Tk 10.0 Lakh (Ten Lakh) in between Tender Publishing and Closing Date & Time. (Bank Statement Must be attached)
3. Satisfying the other criteria laid down in this tender and in TDS, PCC, GCC & ITT.
4. Enlisted up to date A1 and A2 category Contractors/Firms of Education Engineering Department are eligible.
5. Those who has not yet completed the previously awarded contracts in time will not be eligible in this tender according to Honorable Prime Minister’s Office Order 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-241, Date: 12-08-2019 & CPTU Letter Memo No. 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202, Date: 10-10-2019.
6. The Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be 5% to 10% as per ppr 2008.
