* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of goods of minimum two (2) contracts shall be provided by the tenderer in the last five years with a value BDT 5,00,000/- (Five Lac Only) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice in the newspaper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 6,00,000/- (Six Lac Only), shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents:
a) Updated trade license
b) Updated BIN clearance Certificate
c) Up to date Income Tax Certificate
d) Press declaration certificate/Press declaration certificate authorization letter.
e) CV of a Professional Designer/Illustrator/Fine arts
