10. Quoted price should be reasonable, in case of unreasonable price PPR-2008 will be
followed for necessary action.
11. Tenderer shall submit at list 01 (one) kg/liter/Box sealed sample for each item and detail
test. Analysis report, and product data sheet through postal or courier or directly to the PE's office
before closing time.
12. After contact, the supplier shall supply all goods/products with original sealed containers or
packages to PE's office or store.
