* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be three (03) years.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of electrical and I&C spares of at least one (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 27,00,000/- (Taka Twenty Seven Lac only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/Public Limited companies or similar in Bangladesh.
The completion/Acceptance certificate will be considered as experience certificate. Notification Of Award(NOA), Purchase order (PO) and Signed contract paper will not be considered as experience certificates.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 31,00,000/- (Taka Thirty One Lac only) that should be issued after the tender publishes in e-GP.
The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, financially solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to the Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
