* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 566666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 566666 ~ 1700000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 03 [Three] years.
2) A satisfactory completion of similar works (oil sampling and testing) of at least Tk 4,00,000 [Taka Four Lac Only] under 01 [One] Number of contract (s) over a period of 03 [Three] years shall be required.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3,00,000 [Taka Three Lac Only].
4) The Tenderer should have valid Trade license, financially solvent, Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
N.B.:
1. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
2. Completion/Acceptance certificate will be considered as experience certificate. Notification Of Award (NOA), Purchase order (PO), Signed contract paper will not be considered as experience certificate.
