Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 11666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 35000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 11666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 36 (Thirty Six) months of experience in the supply of Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) and Caustic Soda (NaOH). (Years counting backward from the date of publishing of IFT in the e-GP).
The satisfactory completion of supply of Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) and Caustic Soda (NaOH) in any Government owned organization amounting not less than BDT 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore Taka) for consecutive 18 months in the last 30 (Thirty) months. For further details, please refer to the Section-I: 'Instructions to Tenderers (ITT)' clause 15.1 along with Section-II: 'Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
Satisfactory completion of supply of Hydrochloric Acid and Caustic Soda amounting less than BDT 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lac Taka) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation. If any document (NOA/ Contract/ Purchase Order/ Work Order or Payment Certificate) is not verifiable and pricing information is found incorrect, it may lead to rejection of that particular offer.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 1 (One) Crore.
The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Chemical license (For both transport and supply), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD].
