Brief Description of Package: Procurement of yearly emergency repair and maintenance works of HT/LT overhead lines, poles and distribution transformers along with other related services under 11/0.4 KV overhead feeders of NOCS Kakrail, DPDC for the year 2023-24.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 30000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The Tenderer must have minimum 05(Five) years' experience (Supported by work completion certificate).
2. The tenderer must have the experience in similar nature (overhead line maintenance) of works for a minimum value of Tk.7,50,000.00/- (Seven Lac Fifty Thousand only) under one or two contacts during last Five (05) years (Supported by work completion certificate).
3. The required average annual turnover/revenue must be greater than Tk.7,50,000.00 (Tk. Seven Lac Fifty Thousand only) over last Three years.
4.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
5. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
6. Tenderer shall have liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of Tk.7,50,000.00 (Tk. Seven Lac Fifty Thousand only) Supported by Bank Statement/Bank Solvency Certificate/Bank Guarantee.
7. The tenderer shall have valid trade license, Business Identification NUmber (BIN), Income Tax certificate (With acknowledgement slip/certificate) , ABC electric license and other relevant documents.
8. Tenderers who have two or more contracts of similar nature of works including emergency maintenance work and DSS (Distribution Support Service) in DPDC (Running/ NOA awarded) will not be eligible for this contract.
9. All other terms and conditions are as given in the tender document.
