The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:

1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer/ System integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Five (05) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 01 contracts in the last 03 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5000000/- (Tk Fifty Lac Only)
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 60,00,000/- ( BDT Sixty Lac Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. Tenderer should have experince in Installation of Pilot sonde station in last 03 Years
6. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents.
a) Updated trade license.
b) Updated Vat registration certificate.
c) Updated TIN and IRC Certificate
e) Manufacturer authorization certificate from OEM
f) Pilot Soude station should be a integrated part of Existing pilot sonde station.
