Eligibility criteria:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Eight (08) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Meteorological Equipments) of minimum BDT 120,00000/- ( BDT One Crore Twenty Lac Only ) under a single contract in the last 03 (Three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. Tenderer should have anothe 03 (Three) similar nature of contracts at Government offices in last 5 (Five) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 120,00000/- ( BDT One Crore Twenty Lac Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
6. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents.
a) Updated trade license.
b) Updated Vat registration certificate.
c) Updated TIN Certificate
e) Manufacturer authorization certificate from Manufacturer for Digital Barometer and others items.
