* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have minimum Ten (10) years of overall experience
2. Tenderer shall have minimum Five (05) years of specific experience
3. Tenderer shall have Nationwide ISP License.
4. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 03 contracts in the last 05 of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 03 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 40,00,000/- (Tk Forty Lac Only)
5. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01 (one) no. of supply contract of similar goods and related services within last 05 (five) years in govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies for at least 110 nos. of IP Cameras with central storage facility under a single contract along with last mile services and maintenance.
7. The Tenderer shall provide manufacturer authorization certificates/reseller/distributor of Router and Switches.
8. The Tenderer shall have enough working experience and man power to conduct the installation, operation and maintenance the system 24x7 for minimum 03 years.
9. All relevant brochure / catalogue of offered products
10. The Tenderer must submit the additional following information and their supporting documents where applicable:
A. Updated Trade License
B. Income Tax Clearance/Payment Certificate
C. VAT and TIN Certificate.
D. Company Profile
E. The tenderer shall 0 (zero) litigation history during the last 05 (Five) years.
F. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) is BDT 50, 00,000 (Fifty Lac).
