Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
a) Company Incorporation Certificate (in case of Company) or Registration Document.
b) Valid Trade License (If applicable).
c) Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate (If applicable).
d) Valid Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Service Tax(GST) Registration Certificate (if any).
e) Authorization letter from the Owner for the Firm/Company's Admin.
f) National ID or Passport of Authorized Admin (First 2 pages of passport).
g) One Passport Size Photo of Authorized Admin.
h) ISO/CE/Equivalent Certificate.
i) Manufacturer’s Authorisation letter must be submitted along with the

k) Operational Manual must be submitted alone with goods (If applicable).
l) The Authorization Dealer/Assembling Organization/ Supplier agent must be in the business of similar Goods at least five (5) years from the date of Bid opening.
m) List of available Spare Parts and battery required with a price list valid for Three (3) years.
