* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related
services as supplier will have to be 03 (Three) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply and installation of Server System shall be at least 02(Two)
contracts successfully completed within the last 02(Two) years, each with a value of at least BDT
1400000 (Fourteen Lac). Experience of supplying computer peripherals & other electronic equipments will not be treated as specific experience.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets/working capital/credit lines of the tenderer shall be
BDT 1600000 (Sixteen Lac).
d) The tenderer must submit the following documents with it's e-tender:
01) Updated Trade License.
02) Updated Income Tax Certificate.
03) VAT Registration Certificate.
04) Bank Solvency Certificate (As per qualification criteria).
05) Required Experience Certificate/ Work Completion Certificate proving authenticity of general and specific work experience. NOA/Work order/Purchase order/payment certificate shall not be granted as Experience Certificate/ Work Completion certificate.
