Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1200000 ~ 3600000.

Eligibility criteria:
A) Enlisted A1/A2 category Contractors/Firms of Education Engineering Department are eligible.
B) Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tax certificate ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) Up to date NID etc.
C) Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets for Tk 6.00 (six) lacks in between Tender Publishing and Closing Date & Time. a) Supported by a balance regarding balance sheet in any day from IFT (Invitation for tender) to tender submission other wise will not be acceptable b) Credit facilities regarding the credit sanction number, c) For Credit line/ Credit commitment i) Credit commitment will be unconditional. (Bank Statement must be enclosed).
D) The Contractor or Firms who have failed to complete their previous work in this department in time i;e work in hand after passing due times, is requested to not participate in this tender. If anyone submit his tender result will be non-Responsive, according to 1) Honorable Prime Minister's office Memo No- 03.073.046.21.001.2018-259 dt: 03.10.2019.2)
2) CPTU's Memo No-21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202 dt: 10.10.2019
3) Chief Engineer's Memo No-OM/439/EED/Post Graduate/1666 dt: 24.12.2019.
E) The tenderer who has won 01 (One) or more lot in the Previous tender under this office is Ineligible to Participate in this tender and declared as Non- Responsive.
F) The Retention Money will be 15% & Performance security will be 5% to 10% as per ppr 2008.
G) Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
H) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in this tender and in TDS, PCC, GCC & ITT.
